    It’s Saturday! It’s so close to summer I can taste it, and it’s supposed to be close to 80 degrees here this weekend, which is huge for us in the Pacific Northwest during the first week of June.     One evening about two weeks before my mom died, after helping her get comfortable in bed, I walked out into our living room to my aunts’ shrimp scampi.
