    What would you do if you only had one day in Paris? When I knew my husband and I were going to be in France for a week in late March and that we would only have one day in Paris, I started researching and dreaming.     I have a a new essay up on Her View From Home, in the kitchen section about feeding a family in an enjoyable way.
